Individual session virtual- 50 minutes- $150

Individual Session In Person (Thursdays only) $150. My office is located on Sackville Drive.

Walk and Talk Sessions in Lower Sackville $150

I offer direct billing to multiple insurance companies and this can be discussed in our consultation to determine if I am able to direct bill on your behalf. 

I highly encourage checking with your insurance provider to ensure that “Registered Counselling Therapist” is covered as each plan is different. Clients receive a receipt after each session to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
